Super Red Worms are tolerant of cooler weather and can withstand temperatures of 80 degrees Fahrenheit or so. They prefer beddings of newspaper, peat moss and cardboard. These worms will wander a little more than some of the other composting worms, however pound for pound they cannot be beat!
